Nature that heals: our June support group was held outdoors in a family circle

Summer in Estonia is short and does not always spoil us with warm days, so we want to make the most of every pleasant moment. That is why on June 21, we decided to hold our monthly support group for refugees from Ukraine outdoors. Nature has a special power — it calms, helps restore internal resources, and heals the soul.

This time, we chose a special place filled with tranquility and ancient legends — the Helme Spring (Helme allikas). The meeting took place in an incredibly warm family format. We were especially delighted that representatives of three generations were among the participants! The youngest had fun in nature, the adults shared their current matters, and the older generation brought their wise calmness and support to everyone. Walking together, talking about important things, the fresh air, and the beauty around helped everyone reset, at least for a while, and feel a strong sense of support nearby.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on this special day! Together we are stronger.
