Medical support

In partnership with the Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health, HelpNow Hub introduced a unique approach to support people living with HIV amid forced displacement. The Help24 platform offers a universal doctor profile, ensuring qualified online medical care for Ukrainian HIV patients both within the country and abroad.

Psychological and social support

Social (humanitarian) support is based on rapid situation assessment to address specific gaps, depending on each case, for additional support or referral among available relevant services.

We quickly assess current services, resources, and opportunities available to refugees from Ukraine, including access to essential services related to HIV, drug use, tuberculosis, hepatitis, and broader social and life support. We identify key gaps and plan work in Ukraine and abroad based on this assessment.

We provide informational support to key groups about available services in Ukraine and abroad. This includes creating, adapting, and distributing materials on contacts, testing, counseling, treatment adherence, and using services, as well as supporting and developing the online service HelpNow.
