As a refugee from Ukraine, you may be entitled to financial support from the Swedish government The Swedish Migration Agency (Migrationsverket) is responsible for this support.
HIV-treatment in terms of doctors visits, prescriptions and medicine (antiretrovirals) is free of charge in Sweden, regardless of migration status. We can assist with contact to doctors and clinics specializing in HIV as well as individual advice in terms of treatment related matters.
HIV-Sverige/HIV-Sweden and our member organizations offer both individual and group support for people living with HIV.
If you need information on how to navigate health care, social systems or civil rights as a newcomer or have been discriminated against because of your HIV status we can assist you free of charge.
